ORDERS

Placing an order

By placing an order with us you agree to and accept these Terms.

Once you have placed an order for items (and delivery, if applicable) we will send you confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted.  You will receive confirmation when an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you. We will take payment from your credit/debit/PayPal account at the time you place your order. This does not affect your legal rights.

Shipping

Our Standard UK Delivery is estimated 3-6 working days
and is calculated on an individual basis, please contact info@24arundel.com for a quote.
For all international shipping, please note that any import taxes, customs and local sales taxes levied and associated with international delivery will be the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 72 hours. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

 

Conformity of goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Returns

To arrange returns please request a return within 14 days of purchase by emailing  davina@24arundel.com.  Please note that items which have been damaged while in the possession of the purchaser are non-returnable.

The item(s) must not be damaged and must be packed securely with proof of purchase in the packaging. 

The cost of returning items must be borne by the purchaser except when a product has arrived in a damaged condition.  Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.

As the parcel remains the customer's responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about the return.

Once you have added all items and proof of purchase, pack the items back in the parcel and send it back, via a reputable courier who offers professional packaging.

 

LAW AND TERRITORY

To the extent it is possible to exclude the application of other laws and regulations, these Terms and your use of our Website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
